Scope:
After the earthquake and the stop of nuclear power generators, energy management and alternative enegy exploration have attracted much attention. Especially reduction of peak value of the electrical power consumption has become one of the most critical issues in Japan. In this session, Contributions from Micro and Nano technologies will be discussed for green innovation to establish the smart society. Main interst of this includes and not limited as follows; -Wireless autonomous networked sonsors -Energy Harvesting -Environmentally friendly Micro and Nano Processing and Materials Integration -Sensors for Green Innnovation -Energy monitoring and management -Low enegy consumption sensors and telecommunication -Related Processes and Materials technologies
