Banquet

*The fee does NOT include the banquet fee. The banquet fee is \10,000（$100 for overseas) . Banquet will be held at Osanbashi Hall in OSANBASHI YOKOHAMA INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER TERMINAL.

Accompanying person(s)

Registration of accompanying persons can be accepted via e-mail to the secretariat office at iumrs-icem2012@sntt.or.jp by 5th September 2012. The fee is ￥20,000（US$250/1$80JPY）including the banquet on the evening of 26th September. Registered accompanying persons can also join the opening ceremony, welcome reception, farewell party, but are not allowed to participate in the technical symposia.
Coffee breaks and exhibitions at the conference venue are open to the accompanying persons.
Also, a half-day guided city tour is being planned (maximum 45 people acceptable). E-mail registration requires the name of accompanying person as well as that of active participant.

Cancellation and Changes Policy

Cancellation and changes must be informed to the ICEM2012 secretariat by the *cancellation form by e-mail attachment.

• Cancellations and changes informed on or before 10th Aug. 2012, 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be made for cancellations informed after 11th Aug. 2012.

All refund will be made after the conference. In case of refund made by bank transfer, the transaction fee will be subtracted from the total amount of refund.
