Language

The working language of the presentation is English for all presentations, oral and poster.

Oral Presentation

1. Allotted time for oral presentation is typically

Keynote Lectures:	25, 30 or 35 minutes including discussion
Invited talks:	20, 25 or 30 minutes including discussion
Contributed talks:	15 or 20 minutes including discussion, which depends on the respective Symposium.

*Please be advised to refer to the program uploaded onto the Conference web site.

2. PC Projector is available.

3. Presenters are requested to bring and use own PC for presentations.
If it is difficult to bring, please contact your symposium organizer before Sept. 10^th.

*When using a Mac be sure you have your appropriate adapter for connecting to a VGA cable for the projector.

Poster Presentation

1. Poster Session will be held on Sept. 24, 25 and 26 at Room 303 & 304.

Presenters are requested to follow the schedule below.

Sept. 24 (Day 1)

12:30-17:00 Poster setting
18:15-19:45 Display & Presentation (Presenter is requested to stand by the poster)
20:00-20:30 Poster detachment (Posters should be removed by 20:30 otherwise they are disposed)

Sept. 25 (Day 2)

12:30-17:00 Poster setting
18:15-19:45 Display & Presentation (Presenter is requested to stand by the poster)
20:00-20:30 Poster detachment (Posters should be removed by 20:30 otherwise they are disposed)

Sept. 26 (Day 3)

13:00-16:00 Poster setting
16:45-18:15 Display & Presentation (Presenter is requested to stand by the poster)
18:30-19:00 Poster detachment (Posters should be removed by 20:30 otherwise they are disposed)

*Poster session is held at Room 303 & 304 on the 3 floor.

*Presentation numbers are displayed in the final program on the Conference website.

2. The maximum space available for each poster is Height 210cm Width 90cm). Up to A0 poster size can be applied.

Program No. is displayed in the upper left corner of the panel.

3. All text and illustrative phrases must be in English.

4. Press pins will be available for fixing posters.
