- (*1) Deadline of early bird registration: Payment must be done by 20 Oct. 2017
- (*2) For those who join the MRS-J membership by 20 Oct. 2017, registration fee of Member in amount of 6000 JPY can be applied. It is necessary to complete the enrollment by 20 Oct. 2017 at the site below. The annual fees for MRS-J member is 8,000 JPY.
- (*3) As for students, there are two categories as Student member and Student Non-member. For those who join the MRS-J membership by 20 Oct. 2017, registration fee of Student member in amount of 1000 JPY can be applied. It is necessary to complete the enrollment by 20 Oct. 2017 at the site below. The annual fees for Student member is 4,000 JPY.
- (*4) As the accounts of registration fee for the Meeting and enrollment fee for MRS-J differs, please be advised to make wire transfer separately to each account.
- (*5) Bank transfer charge both sender's country and Japan has to be owed by the sender/registrant. Please check the Bank transfer charge before making the transaction.

Cancellation
- Cancellation and changes must be informed to the MRS-J secretariat.
- No refund will be made for cancellations informed after 21 Oct. 2017.
- Banquet fee cannot be refund in any cases.
- All refund will be made after the conference.
