  • (*1) Deadline of early bird registration: Payment must be done by 31th Oct.
  • (*2) For those who join the MRS-J membership by 31 Oct, registration fee of Member in amount of 6000 JPY can be applied. It is necessary to complete the enrollment by 31 Oct. at the site below. The annual fees for MRS-J member is 8,000 JPY.
  • (*3) As for students, there are two categories as Student member and Student Non-member. For those who join the MRS-J membership by 31 Oct, registration fee of Student member in amount of 1000 JPY can be applied. It is necessary to complete the enrollment by 31 Oct. at the site below. The annual fees for Student member is 4,000 JPY.
  • (*4) Bank transfer charge both sender's country and Japan has to be owed by the sender/registrant.

Deadline of early bird registration: 31 Oct. 2014

After this date, the registration fee shall be increased as shown in the column above.

How to pay: Only bank transfer is acceptable.
